I just used idrinkcoffee.com recently to shop around for some coffee gear, it was a really smooth experience. The site was easy to navigate, search actually found what I was looking for, pages loaded quickly, and checkout didn’t take forever. Maybe it’s because it’s fresh in my mind, but compared to other shops I’ve used lately, this one felt way less frustrating. Happy with it overall.

"Shipping was kinda meh"
I ordered from idrinkcoffee.com and the shipping was alright, not awful or anything, just slower than I thought it’d be. It sat for a few days before it really looked like it was moving, and the tracking was quiet at first. Stuff got here fine in the end, so it wasn’t a big deal, but yeah, I kinda wish it had been quicker. Overall just a average shipping experience.

I ordered from iDrinkCoffee.com and overall it was... decent, I guess. The machine works fine and it does look nice on the counter, so no real complaints there. A couple of the parts just felt a bit cheaper than I expected, especially for what it cost.
The coffee itself comes out good, which is the main thing, so I’m not mad about the purchase or anything. I just kind of wish the build felt a little more solid. So yeah, 3 stars feels about right to me.

"Good stuff, but a few things were missing"
They’ve got a decent mix of coffee gear and beans, and I can usually find something I want. I was looking for a couple specific parts though, and of course those were either missing or out of stock. The bean selection is solid, which is nice, but then I’d click into other brands and there just wasn’t as much as I expected. Overall it’s not a bad place to shop at all, I just wish the selection felt a little more complete.

I had a small issue with my order, nothing major, and customer service got back to me quick. They were helpful and got it sorted out without turning it into a big hassle, which I really appreciated. I did have to wait a little bit for a reply, but overall it was fine, smooth overall

"Good deal and a solid experience"
I ended up ordering from iDrinkCoffee.com because the price was better than the other places I was comparing, and it reminded me of when my brother and I shop around for coffee gear and try not to overpay. Shipping was reasonable too, and the machine arrived in good shape. Overall, it felt like a good value for what I paid, and I’d be happy to buy from them again

"Really solid packaging"
My coffee order from idrinkcoffee.com arrived packed really, really well. The box was sturdy, nothing was rattling around inside, and all the bags were in perfect shape. You can tell they actually care about how everything shows up at your door. no complaints from me at all.
